Three registers, always separated

Every substantive page carries a record block that sorts its contents into three categories, and the distinction is never blurred in the prose either.

Established — a fact recorded in a primary document or reported as fact by a named publication. Court dockets, company announcements, regulatory filings, registry entries.

Alleged — a claim made by an identified party. Who made it, before which forum, and on what date. An allegation made by a litigant is reported as an allegation by a litigant, never as a finding.

Unresolved — a question the public record does not answer. Stating these openly is part of the work, not an admission of weakness in it.

Sourcing rules

  1. Every factual statement is attributed, in the sentence that carries it or the one after it, to a source that a reader can open.
  2. Primary documents are preferred over reporting about them. Where a court docket exists, it is cited in place of press summaries of it.
  3. Private intelligence reports, due diligence memoranda and unpublished research are not sources. They may indicate where to look; they are never cited as authority and their conclusions are never reproduced.
  4. Where a party has answered an allegation on the record, that answer is published alongside it. Not in a later paragraph — alongside.
  5. Inference is not published. If a connection between two facts is not stated by a source, this archive does not draw it for the reader.
  6. Affiliation with an entity is recorded as affiliation. It is never presented as implication in anything that entity is accused of.

Corrections

Any person or organisation named here may request a correction. Write to contact@manojnarendermadnani.com, identifying the passage and stating what is inaccurate, with a source where one exists.

Requests are acknowledged within five working days and a substantive answer follows within fifteen. A request that arrives with a document attached is acted on faster than one that does not.

Corrections are made at the top of the page concerned, dated, and left in place. This archive does not silently edit. A page that has been corrected says so.

Right of reply

Any person named on a page is entitled to have a response published on that page. Send it to contact@manojnarendermadnani.com.

A response is published in full, unedited, and is not answered in the same breath. It appears on the page it concerns, not on a separate page, and not below the fold.

What this archive will not publish

Allegations that no identified party has made on the record. Material about private individuals who are not participants in the matters documented here. Family members, addresses, and any personal data not already public and not relevant to a documented business matter. Inference presented as fact.
