London-based investment firm promoted by Florian Fritsch, and one half of the Jalan Kalrock Consortium that won the bid to revive Jet Airways. Madnani sat on its board and spoke for the consortium publicly.

CNBC-TV18 identified Madnani as a board member of Kalrock Capital and carried his statement on behalf of the consortium after it was declared the winning bidder for Jet Airways.
