London-based investment firm promoted by Florian Fritsch, and one half of the Jalan Kalrock Consortium that won the bid to revive Jet Airways. Madnani sat on its board and spoke for the consortium publicly.

CNBC-TV18 identified Madnani as a board member of Kalrock Capital and carried his statement on behalf of the consortium after it was declared the winning bidder for Jet Airways.

Kalrock is promoted by Florian Fritsch, who later became the subject of a fraud and money-laundering investigation in Liechtenstein. See the case file: Jet Airways.

The British company of that name, KALROCK CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LTD (10421810), was controlled by Florian Fritsch and dissolved on 17 February 2026. Madnani does not appear among its three officers. See the case file: Kalrock’s British company.
